accupuncture?

my back is giving me too much problem, so decided to try out accupuncture. the thot of poking needles didnt freak me out coz i am alright with blood donation or injections, so i thot shouldnt be too bad. but i was wrong! it's not the needle poking which is unbearable but the electric current and the pain that passes thru the body when the physician poke and twist the needle in....ouch!!! 3 needles on the back and 1 on the leg. having to endure the pain for more than a few times!! the thot of it still makes me shudder.... dun even dare to have too big movements now as i can still imagine the pain there.

but i have to go for another session next week...oh man! hopefully the pain endured during the session would be worthwhile for a pain-free back.
