customer loyalty

regardless of good or bad times, ST (not me) has made no effort to reward their old time customers for loyalty. new customers are always getting better deals. and i have still stupidly continue to be a "raddish for them to chop". i guess i was too lazy to check out better deals but they should have done something to retain their customers. although pissed with their service, they seemed to be offering a better deal to new customers now...hmmm... dilemma
