new ic

finally get to change a new ic...thou excited but the notification had been left on my table collecting dust...then came the first reminder which lie together with the first notification for another month. i still didn't log on to the website to change. reason being, i wanted to have a nicer photo for my ic this time. always embarrassed to take my ic out becoz of the ugly photo taken in jc. finally took some pics but still wasnt really satisified. nevertheless, i guess i better get it done quickly before i become guilty of an offence for failing to re-register for an ic.

just when i start to register online, i realised everything needs to be in jpeg format....ahhhh...why so troublesome? it's going to be delayed for another day....
