spending valentines' day

it's the day of the year where you see many couples on the streets with flowers. that's the time to show who has got a bigger bouquet of flowers. for me, it's just another day. sounded kind of sad actually but i guess i'm kind of used to it. anyway i ended up spending the night with my best friend and her kid.

a friend wrote in her blog that people will start to compromise their expectations after a few disappointments. i think it's more of an age factor. i may have lowered my expectations but i defintely will not have no expectations at all. will just have to wait for the right one to come.
