still in the 20s

was just looking for the mv of derrick but couldnt find any on youtube. supposed, its not uploaded yet. and i think he's really cute with his new image...hahaha...hiyo he's so much younger but who says lao zabor cant beow young guys...still not that old right? but i keep thinking i'm 30 when yes i'm still in the 20s. that makes alot of difference when pple ask...oh i'm 20+...hahaha

must work hard to keep fit and get a nice bod. i must admit that i am definitely attracted to guys with nice bod...not too muscular thou. was just at the gym this afternoon and really felt so embarrassed that i adjusted the weights for training the butts (i think its for training the butts) to 50 or was it 70lbs. after that i saw this personal trainer telling his female client to set it at 190lbs! wow...am i doing too little? but felt really tired...must be too weak.

must go for fri body combat class...but wonder if my back can take the high impact movements. sigh...really feel like an old lady with aches everywhere =(
