late again?

this is really getting very pissing off...late again and again. what's the point of fixing a time when you cant meet it? waiting for people who are late really pisses me off. they take their own sweet time while i have to waste my time. and if they have to be late, they don't even have the courtesy to inform me earlier so that i can leave at a later time. i just don't want to change my punctuality habit to being late just to fit others who have the habit of being late.
